I did a paper on poppers for my college chemistry course. They are isobutyl nitrates and act as a vasodilator by relaxing and opening wide the blood vessels so you may feel a warm rush when they act. They also give you a head rush and make you feel seriously horny! Some bottoms swear they relax your ass but being a top, I can't say for sure. Poppers are, for the most part, pretty harmless unless taken with Viagra which can result in a sudden serious drop in blood pressure due to the vasodilation.
