Over 15 years without any type of sensual contact. Did have one short fling with another woman. For me, at least, the bisexual urge has always been there but has come more to the front without any female connection. But probably at 78 it will continue to be just a fantasy.
Ooooof… my ex wife shut down the shop for about 2 years, it was about 6 months in that we had a conversation about opening up our marriage. She experienced the “change” early on, so it was a gradual transition. I started seeing guys, and that didn’t bother her at all. We’re actually better friends now than we were. I think both of us were square pegs, trying to fit into society’s round holes. She told me years later, that had I started seeing women, she would have been jealous and spiteful. In the beginning, she would like hearing about the details of my escapades, but that waned, and it was more like office mates. It all worked out the way it was intended to, it made it easier for her to take the promotion in Paris, where she met a wonderful woman who she married, and I remarried to a wonderful older man, thankfully, there is no drought in our marriage, more of a monsoon.
